I got a call from this same number three times last night (8.12.08). The first time I picked up, a recording was asking me to accept a collect call from Newton Correctional Facility on behalf of "...." (insert your name here). The guy didn't say his name, he only said, "Me." There was a lot of background noise, along with other voices. Of course I didn't accept the call. This is a classic forwarding scam and they can tag you for thousands of dollars. I don't know how he got my number, but then again, it IS a scam from prison - that's why those guys are there. They buy and sell cell phone numbers to try these scams until they find a s*cker who will forward his. The only Newton Correctional Facility in the U.S. is in Iowa, but the area code is out of Nebraska. Doesn't matter, just don't take the call and they'll go away. Or take it and tell them you know what they're doing and hang up. Either way, they'll move on. See sno***.com under prison phone scams for this one.

Crazy CALL about dealth insurancecompanies
Didn't get to phone in time to answer. Tried calling number - not a working number.
Started out as a wrong number,then he wanted me to donate to a police charity. I told him not to call me anymore and hung up and blocked the number.
Received two calls today from this number. Joshua from Omaha Police Lodge 1. He was saying something and I told him I was not interested in donating. I wasn't really listening and hung up.
Called and left no message. 1/5/2015, about 6:30 p.m.
We dont answer, they leave no message. They call at least once a week. If they don't leave a message, we don't call back.

Called my cell phone on Friday night. I didn't answer - came to this site to find out what i expected the call was.
Got a call from this number minutes after a call from 631-277-7025, which is also found here as a nuisance caller.
