It's not about their right to call. They just used up their right to call. It is about your rights as a consumer to not want to participate, nor be abused nor harassed.

Alarm system. They all about once a week from various phone numbers. I pressed "1"as if I wanted the alarm system because I have pressed "2" to have my name removed from their list and they don't remove it. When "Mary" answered and I told her to remove my name she hung up on me.
